The National Assembly cited Prime Minister Han's complicity in or acquiescence and assistance of President Yoon's rebellion, his suspension of the appointment of a constitutional judge recommended by the National Assembly, and his announcement of a policy to jointly run state affairs with the power of the ruling party, the People.
The Constitutional Court said on the 24th that there will only be a sentence for Prime Minister Han. The ruling of Yoon's impeachment suggests that it will proceed after that.
